Real Simple Magazine Votes The Organic Coffee Co.'s "Zen Blend" "Best Ground Medium Roast” in their National "Road Test."
Real Simple Magazine
February 2009 Issue
Our Organic Coffee Co. brand "Zen Blend" will help you ‘rise above the daily grind.’ That’s the conclusion of a national magazine which awarded Zen Blend the ‘Best Ground Medium Roast’ in a national “road test” of 168 coffee varieties. “I adore the aroma,” wrote a tester of the “chocolate and nut notes” in Zen Blend. “And it’s pleasant to drink from start to finish.”
The magazine also noted a “bonus” for buying Zen Blend — “the company helps fund schools for the growers’ kids” (Part of our Community Aid program).
The “road test” included Real Simple editors and Jonathan Rubinstein - owner of the Joe cafe chain in New York City (Joe coffee was not included in the test). Zen Blend and the other winners are featured in the February 2009 issue (page 123) of the popular magazine. (www.realsimple.com).
