San Francisco Bay Coffee Company provides some fuel for San Ramon Valley firefighters

SAN RAMON, CALIFORNIA (March 24, 2016) -- The family-owned, Lincoln,California-based San Francisco Bay Coffee Company donated some well-deserved fuel to local firefighters on Thursday March 24 at Fire Station 38, 1500 Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon.

San Francisco Bay Coffee Company's Director of Corporate Giving Warren Yamauchi presented 222 bags and 90 boxes of its Fairly Traded gourmet coffee to San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Chief Paige Meyer and Captain Mike Mohun for the round-the-clock drinking pleasure of the San Ramon Valley Firefighters Association.  Also in attendance was Thomas D. Gallinatti - Chairman / CEO of Police and Fire: The Fallen Heroes.

In total, the company donated 60 12 -ounce whole bean bags and another 60 12-ounce bags of ground coffee; 102 two-pound bags (204 pounds worth) of whole bean coffee and 90 boxes of its 98.5 percent compostable single-serve coffee product called "OneCup"  Each box contains 12 OneCups.
